Sometimes finiding a outlet to release frustration and negative energy is a must. To allow ourselves to feel anger is acceptable, and part of the process of growing and elevating.
For me I struggle with feeling guilty when I find myself getting upset. As I know how good I have it and why should I be mad?? Because I know what I am capable of and what will accomplish.I get bothered mainly by things that are out of my control and others peoples lack to communicate their true intentions and feelings. Not dealing with this negative empty space has left me in a mental slump of what to do next.
Whenever I get a bit unfocused or a bit in my feelings. I have a few go to method to get me back on track. Ive listed a few attitude adjustments that work for me.
- Exercise - Movement promotes happiness. To be healthy is to be happy. As a dancer ,I know when a good dance session is necessary to bring back a moment of being free through music.
- Create.- Writing is a way to say what you mean and mean what you say. To hold yourself accountable for your thoughts. For me blogging has turned into my online diary entry for the day.
- Diet-You are what you eat. Food has a bigger role to play in our moods than we give credit. Drink water and add colorful fruits and veggies to your meals for a easy vitamin boost.
Remeber where you started and see where you are now. That is you thriving to reach your potential. Set your level of success and happiness based on YOU.
