The Lowdown: Solda is the one of the three captains of the Pascack Valley Regional Gymnastics team and has been on the team since her freshman year. So far this year, their team is 10-1 and they repeated as county champs on Oct. 18 of this year.

Superstitions: Keeping the pre-meet routine the same. "I don't really like to mix things up I tend to keep things relatively the same throughout the season."

Favorite year of gymnastics: “Probably senior year based on the fact that I’ve developed the most skills and have been scoring and placing in the larger meets.”
