Q: I'm a little nervous, is this normal?
A: YES!!! We would be much more concerned if you weren't nervous! We love when our clients are nervous- it tells us that you're a NORMAL person! Getting outside of our comfort zones is always a little scary, but don't worry, you are in GREAT hands with us. We will be here to guide you through the entire experience; from what to wear, and hair and makeup (You will arrive camera ready with your favorite hair and makeup style), and exactly how to do all those poses. If you are like me, I get a total deer in the headlights expression when someone points a camera at me. We know how awkward it can be and we have many techniques that make it much less awkward, we will demonstrate the poses for you and talk you through all of it, including micro managing your every little bit of you. I often tell people they will be my puppet for the entire the shoot. Once you see a few images on the back of the camera and how amazing you look, everyone gets super excited and starts having a great time! Your experience will take place in the comfort of Kim's home studio with safety and privacy.
What Products are available!?
We have the highest quality archival prints and albums and gorgeous crystal usb drives, so you will be sure to enjoy your artwork for many years to come. Our European Albums will take 4-7 weeks to arrive once the order is placed with the lab. Prints and digitals can arrive in 2-3 weeks after balance is paid in full.
We work with PayPal Credit., and Affirm. These plans put your order directly into processing, and you can expect to receive your products within 5-6 weeks. We have an in-house payment plan of up to 6 months as well, you will receive your products when the balance has been paid in full. We also accept cash (5% discount), and of course credit cards.
