First, I'll show you a little from the 90s.

In the 90's I made my name shooting beauty for the top cosmetics, hair, and skin care brands.

Campaigns such as Caress ran for years!

We spent hours preparing for a shot, from set, hair and makeup, wardrobe (ok just a silk in this case) to getting the right camera and lens for the perfect shot!

Today I like to mix it more with the natural beauty of a woman, her smile, confidence, personality are bigger factors in what I look for.

It is a process as I mentioned before!

From the hair!
more hair!
brows and lashes!
eye correction!
and more makeup!
more makeup!
checking details on the computer!
painting red dots on her face! ok maybe not. This was about abusing a fake tanner, those were blended right after!
and finally I get to start shooting!

While I mostly get the credit for taking a great image, the truth is that a lot of that credit goes to the team I work with. An amazing makeup artist, hair stylist, wardrobe stylist, and assistants can make so much of a difference.
