What to Expect From Your Online Coaching & Analysis Session

Before the online session, send in footage of your bowling action from 3 angles (front/side/behind) - this will be sent via WhatsApp to a number provided to you after you have made your booking. The online session will take place using video call and all details of how to join this will be sent to you once your booking has been confirmed. This footage must be submitted at least 1 week prior to the online session to allow time for analysis.

Your 1 hour online session will include:

• In depth analysis of your bowling action
• Advice on areas to improve
• Recommended practice drills
• Discussion of tactical game plans
