Beast Coast's Likely Sole Collaboration Album, Escape from New York, Highlights Each Artist's Strengths By maddie munker

Beast Coast is a new group that has been introduced to the rap community as of 2019. The group members consist of Joey Bada$$’s Pro Era, Flatbush Zombies, and the Underachievers, creating a 10-person onslaught of lyrical fire.

Although, there had been rumors that the members would be collaborating in 2013, this is the first album they released; sadly, it will probably be the only one as they intend to only collaborate once.

Before the full album released early May 2019, they had some leading singles they teased the fans with, including “Left Hand”, “Coast/ Clear”, and most recently “Snow in the Stadium”.

Beast Coast definitely has a different take on Escape From New York, each member makes room for the other as each artist showcases their talent and takes their shine.

The lyrics could’ve been a little bit more deep and meaningful, and it didn't pop out at me as much as other albums with these rappers have done in the past.
