HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Five years ago, we partnered with Major League Baseball’s San Francisco Giants to build a garden inside their stadium. It became a unique ballpark destination where fans could enjoy the fruits, vegetables, and herbs growing and find healthy dishes to eat.
Our Healthy Kids educators regularly transform the garden into an outdoor classroom for children from local elementary schools and community organizations.
Kids don plant-parts suits and aprons to harvest, cook, and eat fruits and vegetables in a rainbow of colors and learn how food helps you be healthy.
SURVEYS SAY KIDS ARE LEARNING
