Top international specialist group, HotelPlanner.com and Landor Travel Publications, first group travel publication in the United Kingdom announced on 10 March, the 2016 European Group Travel Awards (EGTA).

The event celebrated the finest suppliers in the group travel industry on March 10th at the prominent Intercontinental Berlin. 20 awards were presented honoring leading organizations offering the highest quality of group travel experiences and outstanding services ranging from hotels to tour operators, city destinations, ocean cruise lines, and more.

Dylan Ratigan, former CNBC Television News Journalist, MSNBC Host, and Documentary Film Producer, hosted the evening’s festivities for the second year in a row. EGTA highlights included premiere entertainment from Benjamin Fröhlich, one of Berlin’s best Club Scene DJs, vocal performances by "Stars in Concert" a top international act in Berlin, and an afterparty dance mix provided by hit record DJ and producer David Vendetta.

Attended by more than 350 industry executives, travel organizers, and trade publications from across Europe and abroad, the awards show was a successful celebratory night.
