- It came up with two turnovers -- both pick-sixes -- one from Tyree Kinnel in the first quarter and the other from Lavert Hill to seal the game in the fourth.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Quarterback Wilton Speight threw for a pair of touchdowns and the defense came up with two interceptions returned for touchdowns as the University of Michigan football team pulled away from Cincinnati to win its home opener, 36-14, on Saturday (Sept. 9) inside Michigan Stadium.
