Basic information

The radish is a plant that can change the color and the size but our is the round radish and it is the most common type. It can change the color starting in white later pink and finishes in purple.

How to grow radish

Radish must be in the soil with pH around 7.4 which is perfect to prevent club root. Radishes need to be planted in areas with full sunlight and partial shade.

Harvesting

The best season to plant radish is spring and autumm, but you should hold off if the outside temperature reaches above 16°C. Radishes take about 5 days to germinate and 3-4 weeks to be harvestable.
