Step 2: Hot Prospector - Getting Started
Hot Prospector - Log In portal
Welcome to Hot Prospector
To Get Started, You will want to log in with the the following credentials:
Enter your email address that you provided as your username and your newly created password should have been sent in the form of a creation like via email. If you did not receive that email please contact support and they will create a password for you.
Once logged in you will be presented with a verification screen and you will then be required to complete the Phone and Email verification process. Enter received verification codes to move forward.

Once you have completed the verification process you will then be presented with the terms & conditions. Once read, agreed and accepted, that's it!
Easy right?! GREAT!

Step 3: Getting Acquainted - System Overview
System Tour (Overview)
This is such an exciting moment and I know you are ready to start contacting your contacts/leads with this amazing new software, but first we want to ensure that you are completely set up so that everything can run smoothly and properly.
To Start: Take a tour of the system, with this overview video exploring some of the most essential features, apps, and settings you'll use and need to get started!

Step 1. SETTING UP PROFILE SETTINGS
First thing, you will want to ensure is set up is your profile settings as it effects your campaigns time zones and things such as your email CAN-SPAM information.
Step 2. GETTING READY FOR CALLS
If you want to make calls, receive calls or text your contacts you will want to make sure you have a phone number purchased in the system.
Step 3. GETTING READY FOR EMAILS
In order to use the email feature, you will need to set up your email settings first.
UNDERSTANDING CREDITS & GROUPS
Credits & Groups are equally important to your settings as credits & groups are like the bread to your butter in the system! Credits are needed to use features in the systems, while groups are where all of your contacts are stored and what your campaigns are set to send to.
