Rancho Incognito is located in rural North Central Texas just east of Glen Rose, Texas. Our hives are in an old pecan orchard on the banks of the Brazos River. We are registered with the Texas State Apiary Inspection Service (# 12216), and participate in Master Beekeeper programs at Texas A&M University and the University of Montana.

We do not follow agricultural blossom crops - too many pesticides. Our bees forage on the bounty of Texas wildflowers. This makes Rancho Incognito Honey darker, thicker, and richer tasting than store bought honey.

We harvest and bottle Rancho Incognito Honey and honeycomb by hand. Our honey is never heated, never blended, and never ever mixed with high fructose sweeteners or corn syrup. We harvest twice a year; in mid Summer and early Fall. When Rancho Incognito Honey is gone its gone.

We don’t use micro filters. Rancho Incognito Honey is strained once and only once to remove the large bits of comb wax. This leaves the pollen, enzymes, and antioxidants right where they are supposed to be - in the honey.

Rancho Incognito Honey is bottled in glass, never plastic. Yes, we know this adds to the cost. But we don’t like what plastic does to our environment, our bodies, and our honey.

We sell several sizes of Rancho Incognito Honey. Email me for current price list and availability. Scroll down for my email address.

We do free bee and beekeeping presentations at schools, churches, and service organizations.

Sometimes we sell bees and “Nucs”.

We are always ready to talk honey bees and help if we can.
