To exit the cruise port to meet your guide, please make your way to the downtown exit gate. Please see the photos below for a visual on how to exit. There are two porting docks (berths), both will lead to the port plaza. Make your way to the end of the port building walking inward toward the island until you reach a sign with arrows pointing you towards the restrooms and exit. Please see photos below and read the text below.

Enter the cruise port plaza and keep walking toward the very end of the building

Once you notice the escalators keep walking toward the end of the plaza / building

Turn right once you reach the signs: RESTROOMS, EXIT & ATM

TURN RIGHT AND ENTER HERE

Enter through here and then make a right

Take a right turn

Keep waling toward the rooftop building

This is the independent tour operators sales booth for the cruise port. WARNING: walk by this area really fast due to the multiple and constant sales pitch to book tours

Walk towards the end of this area

The end of the Independent Tour Operator Booths

Keep walking on this pathway (almost to your exit)

Walk toward the pedestrian crossing for the cruise port main entrance (this is not the exit)

Cross the pedestrian crossing towards the green arrows signs

Once reaching the green arrows turn to the direction they are pointing to

Keep walking down the brick pathway

This is your exit up front, beyond the closed gate.

The gate will be open and a security guard will be at this gate. Once you exit the gate, you will see your guide holding a sign with your name printed on it.

Notice all the tour operators have signs with the company name printed on it. We will have your name printed on a sign, making it easier for you to spot your name in the crowds.
