Spicy Panang Curry

Our waitress brought us the wrong bowl but we did take a taste before she switched it out. We split the bowl hence the two plates. The curry sauce was absolutely tasty and delicious and we may have stuck with this selection if it had not been so late. Thought it was too spicy before bedtime! The bowl ingredients include sweet potato, pole bean, bok choy, carrot, Thai basil, coconut shrimp broth. We added the shrimp. It was almost a happy accident but we sent it back to get the dish we really wanted. I would recommend this dish to anyone that likes spicy dishes.

Ancient Grains

This is the dish I absolutely love. The dish is comprised of miso sesame glazed sweet potato, turmeric, charred onion, snow pea, grilled portobello, avocado and hemp seed. Again we added shrimp. You can also add chicken, grass-fed steak or salmon. This is one of their vegan dishes if you do not add the meat. You are seeing a half portion in the picture. We paired our dish with a glass of the Imagery Chardonnay (we didn't split the wine).
