Mehreen Ali, 16, of Fort Worth, loves learning people’s stories and spreading information. She has a passion for journalism and plans on majoring in it in college. She is a rising junior at Fort Worth Country Day High School, where she has been on the yearbook committee for two years as the section editor. Born in Houston in 2005, she lived in Detroit, before her family settled in Fort Worth. She enjoys creative writing and likes to write opinion editorials. In her free time, she reads books such as, “Six of Crows,” watches “Shadow of Bone” and spends time with her friends at Clearfork. She hopes that she’s known as a positive and enthusiastic person.
