How we helped Ego Pharmaceuticals upkeep their SAP Landscape and be prepared for SAP S/4 Hana

Scope of work:

Ego SAP ERP at enhancement pack 3, requires to be enhancement 7 (direct Upgrade)

Ego Business warehouse at version 7.0, needed to be at 7.4 to be compatible with ERP EHP 7 (require direct upgrade)

Ego SAP PI at version 7.11, need to be SAP PO AEX 7.4 with split Abap and Java Stack (require migration)

Solution Manager at version 7.0, needed to be at 7.2 (requires migration)

Solution Manager CHaRM was at version 7.0, needed to be at 7.2

Underlying MaxDB database was at version 7.7 needed to be upgraded to 7.9 (require direct upgrade)

Underlying Operating system Redhat Hat 5 needed to be upgrade to RedHat 7 (requires system migration)

We got to work; planning, consulting with with key stakeholders and assessing risk and ensuring business as usual while changes are happening with the SAP Landscape
2015 - SAP Process Orchestration got upgraded to version 7.4 AEX

Split ABAP and JAVA stack

Re-trained staff and implemented new documentation for SAP Process Orchestration on JAVA

No impact on business and cost to SAP Licenses

We worked with BlueT to achieve this milestone
2016 - SAP Solution Manager upgraded to 7.2

CHaRM migrated and upgraded from 7.0 to 7.2

Dynamically changed the way Ego Pharmaceuticles managed SAP Changes with CHaRM

We automated CHaRM to implement Ego's SAP Changes from development to production and complied with audit requirements

Trained Ego SAP Staff and provided supporting documentation

Utilised the CHaRM to managed the SAP ERP Upgrade, managing dual systems and cycles

2017: Moving on to the upgrade Business Warehouse from version 7.0 to 7.4

March 2018 - Final Stage of the project, we upgraded Ego's SAP ERP system to EHP 7
