First Footprint on the Moon
On July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong put his left foot on the rocky Moon. It was the first human footprint on the Moon. They had taken TV cameras with them.

have you ever heard the song, "Fly Me To The Moon"?
Originally titled "In Other Words" is written by Bart Howard and first recorded by Kaye Ballard. When Frank Sinatra recorded it, the song became popular, so the editors wanted to change the name to "Fly Me To The Moon" and they did. During Apollo 10's lunar mission, a recording of current songs was played in Space, on the lunar surface. Sinatra's recording of "Fly Me To The Moon" song was included along with others such as "Going Back to Houston" and "Moonlight Serenade."Therefore this song was one of the first songs to be played in outer space. Even though sound can't be heard in space, astronauts provided sound by using their headphones attached to their space suits. It's the first song played at moon and in every gala or official meetings NASA still plays the song in honor of Neil Armstrong the first man walked on the moon.
During NASA's 50th anniversary gala producer Quincy Jones presented a platinum copy of 'Fly Me to the Moon' to USA Senator John Glenn and Apollo 11 Commander Neil Armstrong .

WHY SUPER MOON?
Did you ever heard about "SUPER" Moon? It is SUPER because it looks 14 % bigger and 30 % brighter. We think that it gets bigger but it doesn't. It gets closer to the Earth so we see it bigger than usual. We will not see another Super Moon like this one until 2034.
The name "supermoon" was thought by Richard Nolle like 30 years ago to describe a moon that is much closer to our Earth. Supermoon term is not common but it appears four to six times a year. Although it's very epic and rare to see a full moon supermoon and luckily we were able to spot one at 14 November 2016. Here is a photo of it. Hope you enjoyed our super shiny adventure.

Do you know what is a Pumpkin Star?
Pumpkin Stars are the stars , having the shape of pumpkins, because of spinning to fast. Now you're gonna ask, how fast do they spin? Can you believe that they spin 4 times faster than the Sun?
An extreme star, K-type orange giant dubbed KSw 71, is 10 times larger than the sun. Also, it is redder than the Sun and compared to the Sun’s 25 days, takes only 5.5 days to complete a rotation.
The star called KSw 71 produces 4,000 times the Sun's peak X-rays emission.
My personal favorite star is KSw 71. I think this because it is the most extreme star, and I believe that there are better and bigger stars in the space.

The Golf Ball That Made It To Space
Alan Shepard, the legendary man who..... disobeyed NASA and brought a golf ball to space on a mission to the lunar surface! Yep, that's him. Alan Shepard was an astronaut who participated in the NASA's Apollo 14 mission! Alan was supposed to go to the moon, do some experiments and report back to NASA about the information gained on the experiments. However Alan snuck in a golf ball to his space suit right before the land off, and took it out in space and did-a-well shoot in the moon and beyond! It was odd that he forgot the fact that the moon's gravity wasn't strong enough to keep it on the surface but weak enough to let it float far beyond moon's orbit... into the Milky Way! So if one day an old golf ball falls on your head from the sky you'll know what that means.

New Horizons Spacecraft
"We have completed the initial reconnaissance of the Solar System."
Alan Stern, New Horizons Chief Scientist
New Horizons Spacecraft
New Horizons is an unnamed aerospace mission carried out by NASA. It is planned to be the first spacecraft planned to fly to Pluto and its satellites. It was launched successfully on January 19, 2006. Before leaving New Horizons in solar system on February 28, 3007 at 5:43, Jupiter is expected to pas trough the nearest point to Pluto in July 2015 to study the planets structure and atmosphere. There was also a part of Pluto's ashes, Clyde Tombough, in the spacecraft. New Horizons woke up from standby mode on December 6, 2014 and sent a signal to earth. By April 2015, New Horizons continues to send low- resolution images of Pluto's satellites. As well as being able to resview full-time on NASA's official site. The images he has transmitted to Pluto from distance of 12500 km have been watched from the National Geographic Channel on July 14, 2015.

5 INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT SPACE!
- One million Earths could fit inside the sun - and the sun is considered an average-size star.
- For years it was believed that Earth was the only planet in our solar system with liquid water. More recently, NASA revealed its strongest evidence yet that there is intermittent running water on Mars, too!
- Comets are leftovers from the creation of our solar system about 4.5 billion years ago - they consist of sand, ice and carbon dioxide.
- You wouldn't be able to walk on Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus or Neptune because they have no solid surface!
- If you could fly a plane to Pluto, the trip would take more than 800 years!

Tardigrades can survive in Space
Did you know that there is a creature called Water Bear’s. It is also called Tardigrade. A normal people would die in the space without protection but Water Bear’s can survive there. These creatures are about 1mm. In 2007 they were blasted to space with a satellite. When the satellite was back to the earth most of them had survived. Some of them even laid eggs. Even the new hatched water bears were young and healthy.
