Revisiting your living space I

Anna and Anne

Dear Anna and Anne,

Here is your homemade maze. Actually, you will find two mazes with different approaches.

The first one is designed for your apartment. We unconsciously make rods and highways in the space we live in due to habit, especially if we spend a certain amount of time in the same environment. I tried to rethink those routes. Walls or areas, like furniture, are becoming geometrical lines. The outline of this maze can be done with strings, tape or daily life objects such as books.

The second one is my interpretation of Anna’s responds to my question: What does "stuck" mean to you?

For Anna, being "stuck" was a mindset. Sometimes you can get stuck in your thoughts and not realize the different possibilities that surround you. In this maze you can go into circles, but there is just enough room for you to choose your path and to be playful. This maze can be experienced alone or with a partner. The center may be a meeting with ourself or the ones you live with. The outline of this maze can also be done with strings, tape or daily life objects.

I hope you will enjoy those new paths and discover your apartment under a different eye.

Until the next time, yours faithfully,

Roza
