"Daughters Discuss" is a Lindsey Loves History (Lindsey R. Mullholand, member of the Knickerbocker Chapter, NSDAR) Capstone Project for the New Horizons course.
"Daughters Discuss" was first imagined by Ms. Mullholand in January 2020 and serves to collect the opinions, thoughts and dreams of today's Daughters for a limited edition digital media project: in video and podcast form.
The project was inspired by the friendship and projects proposed by former New York State Regent Wilhelmena Rhodes Kelly, as well as friendship and conversations with Knickerbocker Chapter Organizing Member Lisa Cosman.
Ms. Mullholand is a New York City based historian with over a decade's worth of experience creating public history projects and exhibits (The George Washington Inaugural Ball; Revolutionary America: Portraits of Past, Present & Possibility; Keepers of Our Parks: Manhattan Sites; Silent Witness to History: 175 Years of Federal Hall National Memorial + more!).
We're also so excited to share that "Daughters Discuss" will evolve into a New York State Society project!
