"The Eternal Youth of Okinawa"

MiLLENNiAL will take readers on a visually immersive experience highlighting some of Okinawa's best kept secrets.

From the health wonders of the daily diet and "hai hachi" way of life, to the beautiful natural wonders and adventurous activities, each story will focus on the "eternal youth" that Okinawa provides its visitors.

Article #1 "Forever Young" - An in-depth look at the "Okinawa Diet" and why this daily eating practice has maintained the largest amount of Centurions anywhere in the world.

Article #2 "A Naturalist's Paradise" - Scuba diving, caving and hiking - these are just a few of the fun activities Okinawa offers adventure seeking tourists.

Article #3 "History's Treasures" - The KyuKyu chain is embedded in the rich spiritual mystery of Okinawa, revealing the true heart of the island.

Commercial Video "Kanpai" - A fun, fast-pace video to promote the exciting places, cuisine, and pastimes of Okinawa that will have millennial travelers booking their flights immediately.

Homepage & Sidebar Ads

Ads promoting the Editorial Series will be placed throughout the MiLLENNiAL website, encouraging readers to learn about Okinawa.

  • (1) 1160p x 300p homepage ad
  • (1) 250p x 300p sidebar ad on all news, culture, profile, spotlight, and music pages

Social Media Takeover

  • Instagram - A photo collage highlighting the beauty of Okinawa's natural environments and rich culture will take up a 12-post block on MiLLENNiAL’s account.
  • Twitter - Daily tweets will be sent out during the length of the campaign, combining promotional messages with fun facts about Okinawa and unique travel opportunities to Japan.
  • Facebook - The Editorial Series will be promoted on MiLLENNiAL’s Facebook page and shared throughout our “Group” pages.

Hyper-Targeted Marketing

Eliminating any guesswork of who to reach, MiLLENNiAL is able to deliver personalized and relevant content to the ideal tourist. With access to an extensive data network, our model maximizes marketing efforts based on identifying these consumer traits:

Once we have identified Okinawa's ideal traveler, we will use the agreed upon attributes to generate a target email list. Millennials from Los Angeles who are interested in scuba diving, eating Japanese cuisine, and traveling to Asia among many other key factors will be sent an email promoting the branded Editorial Series.

The first 100,000 emails out of the target list will be used to start the direct email campaign. If more is required, we will continue to pull from our original target list.

Email Processing

Our email campaigns are run through a white label third-party server. There is no click cost associated with Awareness campaigns allowing for an infinite number of potential engagements.

Custom Design Promotional Email

A dedicated promotional email will be created for the Awareness campaign, which includes graphic design, custom HTML & CSS, and ad copy.

An enchanting evening set amid LA's very own "mountain palace" where select media will be invited to experience Okinawan culture to the fullest. Complete with diet mysteries, sushi making demonstrations, and customary musical performances, guests will feel as if they have been transported to Okinawa.

As part of the Awareness campaign, our LA Press Mixer is intended to encourage other publications in Los Angeles to expose their readers to the exciting travel opportunities Japan offers.
