Pneumonia is a lung infection

Causes

Pneumonia is caused by bacteria entering the lungs. Other respiratory problems such as COPD can lead to Pneumonia

Symptoms

Coughing

Green or Rusty Mucus

Fever

Quick Breathing

"Chills"

Fast Heartbeat

Tiredness

Nausea/Vomiting

Diarrhea

Treatment

Pneumonia can be treated at home. It takes 2-3 weeks to treat. You need to rest and take either Tylenol or Aspirin. You can consult a doctor to receive antibiotics or oxygen therapy to help.

Wash your hands often
