Directions for Use
For persons 120 lbs and over: Take up to four capsules of each xEO Mega, Microplex VMz, and Alpha CRS+ per day with food.

Recommendations:
- Start Slow - I started with 1 of each LLV with meals for a year before I increased as I noticed a difference right away. This also means you 1 month supply lasts longer for more savings. Then I increased to 2 of each LLV with meals with still having a longer supply and savings. Occasionally if I am feeling ill, sluggish or there are seasonal or immune threats, I increase to 3 of each LLV with meals. With my smaller stature, if I take more than that, I would have enough energy to go all day and night but I love dreaming during sleep time too much to give that up to do more housework!
- Lifestyle Habit - The easiest way to make this as a lifestyle habit is to keep your supplements where you will see them when having meals, for example, on the kitchen counter. Also, I use an organizer, like the one in the picture below, that I put my supplements in for the week and then I leave one day out at time. It can take a month to create a routine so stay with it.
- Continue To Grow - Be gentle with yourself if you forget taking them for a meal. I always take the Alpha CRS+ in the morning for energy boost, then the Microplex VMz and xEO Mega later in the day, PB Assist+ with supper, TerraZyme in the evenings and when I am eating less healthy foods. It takes time to build a routine and the longer you take them the more benefits you reap.
You can divide them up and take with your meals over the day. I fill up my holder so I'm organized for the week and have more time for other essential things.
Not sure if LLV will be ok for you to take with your doctor prescribed regular medications? Take the information to your doctor or pharmacist and ask them to review the ingredients to ensure they are ok to take. That's what I did and I was delighted LLV can be taken along with my doctor prescribed medication.
