juicer optional, Fry pan , and a Hand blender
Ingredients for Simple Sesame Peanut Noodles - one thing of Thai Noodles wide I used Pad Thai noodles , a cup of thin cut or chopped Green scallions , lime juice 1/2 cup and one lime to garnish , 3 tbsp sesame oil , , one cup of peanuts crushed , 1/4 cup soy sauce , 2 tbsp of sugar white , 2tbsp of rice vinegar , 4 tbsp of canola oil , 1 /2 cup of sesame seeds
Ground the chicken up a little so it is easy to make a patty think tuna fish of sorts , then add chicken to a large mixing bowl ,
Next add one egg , lime zest , lime juice ,garlic minced if using , scallions, fish sauce , and chop Cilantro add to the mix , mix together till well blended this will be messy looking , get your fry pan and add your olive oil ,
In your hand form patties medium sized again think tuna or salmon patty ,turn heat to high heat when pan is hot add your patties about 4 at a time to your fry pan so you can turn them easy , this looks messy but they form a good solid patty . While cooking the patties turn heat down to medium cook each side for about 5 to 6 mins till golden brown and firm . Makes 4 to 8 patties depending on the size you make .Take out of the pan and garnish . These can be served hot or cold ,I served with Store bought sweet chili sauce to dip the patties in.
(Simple Sesame Peanut Noodles )-Cook Noodles as directed , drain set noodles aside ,add canola oil to your Wok turn on medium low heat , add soy sauce, sugar , sesame oil , lime juice , rice vinegar, scallions and sesame seeds stir in wok all together till well blended do not over heat or over cook
, add noodles to wok with the sauce ,mix all together ,cook on medium and add more chopped scallions if you like. cook about 7 to 10 mins together till well mixed remove add to bowl , crush your peanuts and add to the top of Noodles you can also garnish with more scallions or sesame seeds , cut lime wedges and add to plate to squeeze over noodles if needed .
