Mixed Fruit Cobbler

Filling:

4 cups berries; if frozen, thaw first (use blueberries, blackberries, rasberries, or a mixture)

3 tablespoons maple syrup

Crust:

1 cup whole wheat pastry flour

4 tablespoons Sucanat

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions:

For the filling, preheat oven to 400°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine berries...

Add maple syrup...

Spread in a 9x9 baking dish.

In a separate bowl, for the crust, combine 1 cup flour, Sucanat, and baking powder. Add milk and stir to mix.

Spread the mixture over the berries (dont worry if they're not completely covered) and bake until golden brown, about 25mins.

Let cool for 10mins before serving.
