Healthy fats can maintain or lower blood cholesterol levels and some fats (like Polyunsaturated fats) are required for normal body functions
Walnuts provide Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Omega-6 Fatty Acids.
Both Avacado and Peanut butter provide monounsaturated fats along with other nuts like pecans and pistachios.
Tofu also provides Omega-6 Fatty Acids
Unhealthy fats can raise blood cholesterol levels and can also cause complications such as diabetes. Beef and some other poultry meats contains saturated fat.
French Fries and microwave popcorn also both contain Trans Fat
2% milk and ice cream both contain Saturated fat as well
