Strength's: Hershey's strong brand name and strong costumer loyalty, sold online. Mars is an international business, well liked products and slightly cheaper.

Weaknesses: Hershey's is not a global company only in the US. Mars is not online.

Opportunities: Hershey's should extend their markets in order to become a more global company. Mar's should start selling products online.

Threats: Mars could overtake hershey's because it has a deal with the NFL. If hershey's becomes a more global company, mars will be in trouble.
