Our implementation team provided a comprehensive plan to recruit and hire a top talent workforce supported by human resources, a performance management framework and an integrated training program. We also designed an operation, safety, technology, and reporting strategy, including site selection assistance and recommendations.
We collaborated with the client throughout this process to finalize staffing resourcing, accelerate their facility launch, and align with their immediate and long-term business objectives.
Our team of fulfillment and distribution experts opened the facilities. Also, we recruited, screed, hired, on-boarded, trained and managed the workforce - completely removing the staffing burden from the client.
