There will be a spring senior parent meeting on Tuesday, April 10th, at 6:00 p.m. in the AHS Auditorium. Meeting will last approximately one hour and will cover these topics: important end of the year dates and activities, final AHS transcripts, KEES money, scholarships, college information, Honors Night information, graduation practices and ceremony information, and Senior Week activities. Don't miss this important opportunity to receive firsthand information that will be shared with all seniors at their senior meeting during a school assembly.

Graduation Photos and Video
Will a professional photographer/videographer be taking pictures/footage during graduation? Life Touch Studios will be taking photos at graduation and a team from Apollo's Eagles Nest Live will be filming. The graduation video that will be created will include three photos of every senior (who turns them in) as well as the entire graduation ceremony. Each senior will be videoed in close range as they receive their diploma and shake hands with school officials. Each senior may submit three photos for the Class of 2018 senior video. Each senior should submit: one individual baby picture, one individual picture that has been taken of them within the last year, and one group picture with friends or family that has been taken in the last four years. All pictures must be school appropriate and may be submitted to Mrs. Morris in the library or emailed to her at email@example.com. The deadline to turn in photos for the Class of 2018 senior video is 3:15 p.m. on Friday, May 4th. DVDs are available for $20. Pre-orders are being taken now. If you would like to order a copy, please have your student to stop by the library. Prepayment is required. DVDs will be available for pick up beginning Friday, June 8th in Apollo’s front office. Please note: You are the one who responsible for picking up the DVD. They will not be mailed.
