It is in this vein, that I have optimistically created this high-level 30-Day Plan to ensure a strong start as Globoforce's Enterprise Sales Representative.
- Meet one-on-one with Tom Higgins and Mark Vendetti, discuss list of Top 10 and Top 25, and lay out a roadmap to connect with companies immediately. Connect with Inside Sales partner to develop a strategic plan.
- While getting up to speed on client status, work with Bill Petersen to learn Globoforce's products and solutions, as well as internal processes. Set up client base in Salesforce.com. Utilize SFDC to track all developments and track sales cycle from Excite, Align, Probe and Contract aspects.
- Immerse myself in Globoforce's culture and reach out to others for best practices and successful learnings.
