what makes a hurricane natural?

To be natural it can not be caused by human.rain clouds form and then cool air moves and warm air rises.the wind is like a circle and the middle of the storm is called the hurricanes eye.

what makes a hurricane a disaster?

A disaster is where an event happens where people and there homes are hurt.The hurricane can possibly cause a tsunami.The winds in a hurricane can be 75mph to 200mph.these storms can be up to 600 miles wide.

Also normally the storm starts near the equator,In warm ocean water.
