Resiliency and the Road to Recovery Celebrating Quinte Business Women

Just like a dandelion pushing its way through the cracks. A person shows resiliency if they are able to recover and rebound from challenges and setbacks. Being resilient can be important for helping people deal with a variety of problems and bouncing back or overcoming challenges.

If you want to become more resilient, learn some characteristics of resilient people, as well as when and how to ask for help building resilience.

This is your time.

Our focus is on the business journey of 3 local success stories from across the Bay of Quinte Region.

Join us as they share their experiences, as it helps us all hear stories women can relate to, both for vindication (it's not just me) and for motivation (I could try that!)

Speakers left to right: Shyra Barberstock (Okwaho Equal Source), Natalie Stone (Consecon Honey House Cafe) Melanie Harrington (Dahlia May Flower Farm) click here for speaker bio's
