Native American Studies Third Grade Social Studies Unit examines The Native American tribes and how they adapted to their geographic environment.

Third graders in Livingston Public Schools have been learning about various Native American tribes through the lens of the political, physical, economic, cultural, and social features of each tribe. We visited Hillside Elementary, where students had the choice to share what they learned in a variety of creative ways, including designing posters, creating web pages, and building dioramas.
