Born on July 26, 1898 in Chesterfield, Virginia. He was married to Ida Stroud and had eight kids. He would be considered an "Old Immigrant" since his parents lived here when he was born. He was a floor finisher who probably lived in your typical neighborhood in the 1900s. The census did show that the house that him and his family lived in was a rental home.
He served in the World War ll at the age of forty five. He fought for Virginia, since it said he was a part of Camp Lee.
