Should the South Bristol Link road be built?

Since the South Bristol Link Road has been built there has been much discussion about whether it should be built or not. This discussion is vital because the builders are waiting for the Mayor to decide.

Many people argue the road should be built because there will be less congestion for local roads. Furthermore, there will be no traffic on the Link because no cars are allowed.

On the other hand, the majority of people believe the road shouldn't be built because Hartcliffe Way and Novers Hill has been turned one way for ten months. In addition, there will be less safety for local people. Moreover, some stupid people are speeding up the road and has a chance of crashing.

After this discussion, I believe the road should be built because cyclists will get a nice view and a bit of peace and quiet.
