Digital Citizenship is the behavior of how technology is used. Digital Citizenship refers to how a person utilizes technology in society, politics, and government participation. Here are the elements to this:

Not everyone has the same opportunities when it comes to technology, But some people may when we speak about modesty. Digital Access doesn’t have any policies, But we have to make sure when it comes to technology.
