MALARIA MUST DIE A WORLD WITHOUT MALARIA: LAUNCH DAY TOOLKIT β€’ #MALARIAMUSTDIE

A WORLD WITHOUT MALARIA

We believe malaria must die so millions can live. Every two minutes a child dies from malaria, the world’s oldest and deadliest disease. But we know what we need to do to achieve a malaria-free world – a safer future for us all.

In 2018, We saw 53 heads of government recommit to halve malaria in the Commonwealth in five years. In 2019, thousands of voices spoke up to say Malaria Must Die and helped drive support for the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and malaria. Now, we need you more than ever before, to help protect progress in a world facing the most challenging global health crisis in decades.

In this film, David Beckham breaks the barriers of time to give a speech from the future - from a world without malaria. Calling on innovators, scientists, leaders and people everywhere, he delivers the message that this future is possible if we work together to achieve it. The final moments of the film show more people behind the fight for this historic human achievement.

HOW CAN WE END MALARIA?

Malaria is humankind's oldest and deadliest enemy. Ending it, at times has felt like a distant dream. The malaria parasite and the mosquito that carries it have been formidable enemies that even today kills a child every two minutes.

We are capable of uniting to defeat this disease, and in doing so we can create a safer, healthier, stronger world for us all, and for future generations.
