Eric's life of awesomeness My life of coolness In The future

I choose to live in Jericho, VT. I choose to live there because I love it there. It is a small town, or large village as some consider it. I HATE CITIES and love the country. There is lots of open space for a farm, or 4 wheeling and building and playing.

My job is a physical therapist. A physical therapist is a kind of doctor. They help with things like rehab. (Rehabilitation). You would get PT after you have surgery or you just need to have therapy because of bone or muscle problems .

2014 Nissan GT-R

I chose the 2014 Nissan GT-R because its affordable, and it has a high rating on the coolness factor. I like this car because it looks cool and has good gas mileage. (13 miles per gallon) It's a 2 door car and is good in Vermont terrain. This model in 2014 was popular and I have always wanted and have been obsessed with this car.

Medical University Of Texas In San Antonio

I wanted to go to Medical University of Texas in San Antonio because it is a affordable school and has great programs. I am a physical therapist and need a medical degree. This school has a great medical program and average salary after attending is $80,000-90,000!

  • For my non-negotiable's I have: Monthly internet/cable -------$80
  • Monthly Cellphone ------- $100
  • Monthly groceries ------- $480
  • Monthly Health Insurance ------- $150
  • My Negotiable's are:
  • Clothes
  • Xfinity
  • Netflix
  • Gym Membership

For my savings I put in $1,100 dollars per month. I was recommend to do this because it was about half of my remaining spending money. Its important to put money in your savings account because you need that money for later purchases like a house or a pool.

Savings over time

For my savings over time I chose to bye a house. It will be located in Jericho, Vt. It is $300,000 and the down payment is $58,000 which will take about 6 1/2 years to save up for. I want a house because They are big and you can own it and do what you want with it.

Spending Money

I have $10 left for spending money left over per month. So that goes to spending on fun stuff like candy, and toys, and other fun activities. You could use the extra spending money to put in your savings if you wanted.
