Reminders
- All sections for tutoring will be available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
- The M.E.T.S. Charter School Student Council will meet after school every Monday in room 201. All are welcome! Please see Mr. Urbankowski or Mr. Flannery if you have any questions.
- Art Club Meeting Mondays in Room 5 Mondays and Tuesdays
- Robotics Club! Meetings are every Tuesday after school in Robotics Lab.
- Science Leaders of the Future Club! Will meet every Thursday after school in RM: 208 (Mrs. Mendes room). Please email Ms. Medeiros/Mrs. Mendes with any questions.
- Chess and Board Games Club will have meetings every Thursday after school (excluding half days and holidays) from 3:05 - 4:05 in Room 207. Please see Mr. Castanheira or Mr. Chen with any questions.
- Yearbook Club meets on Tuesdays after school from 3:10 to 3:45 in room 102. See Ms. Georges with questions.
- Film and Video Club will meet on Thursday in Room 4 at 3PM

- THE VOLUNTEER EVENT TO HELP MAKE CARE PACKAGES FOR THE HOMELESS HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
- Many of the creative door projects for Black History Month are on themetronome.org. Please check out the gallery to see the great work of your fellow students.
- Attention Juniors: METS will be hosting Junior Night on Wednesday, March 20 at 6:00 pm. Some topics of discussion will include SATs, College Applications, and Scholarships and Grants. All students and parents should make every effort to attend. Please see Mrs. Castanheira or Ms. Figueroa if you have any questions.
- METS Music Club is having an "Open Mic Night" on Friday March 8th in the church basement during 11th and 12th period. Tickets are $5 and must be purchased in advance. This is an exclusive event! There are only 70 tickets for sale! Get one while they are still available! See Mr. Messenger for tickets.
- The first Run Club training session will be Tuesday, March 12th at 2:30 pm. In order to participate, you must have a completed medical form and submitted it to Mr. Nichol or Mrs. Bouchard.
