  • being able to monitor and control a diet on everyday routine, like knowing how much should be eaten and what shouldn't be consumed
  • setting goals and targets that you want to achieve, by planning how long and what should your exercises involve, like running by the road or only by the fields or in the forest with the break for some other exercises
