Exploration 1 Alyssa Zeigler

Are we making newer kids movie more complicated than children can understand? In toy story 3 the story is so much more complicated than a boy who lost his woody toy. In Zootopia it trails off into two stories at once making it harder to follow at a young age.
Are all scary movies now based around some sort of death or killing? In The Purge it is based about a mass killing spree and in The Conjuring movies it is about spirits that have just died.
Do movies with famous actors get more views and better ratings? I know personally I enjoy seeing a movie with my favorite actors much better than seeing a movie where I don't recognize a single actor.
