The Kennedy Space Center was named after President John Fitzgerald Kennedy in 1963. This was where NASA launched many rockets and even sent the first man to the moon from here! The Challenger, Apollo 13 and many more missions were sent from here. This is located on Merritt Island, Florida, which is 50 minutes away from Orlando FL.

Welcome to Walt Disney World! It was founded in 1971! This amazing tourist attraction has different theme parks inside it. It not only has one, or two, but it has four! These magical parks are all unique. Visit EPCOT, The Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. In EPCOT it is the future of tomorrow. You could also visit attractions that look like a different country's architecture. The Magic Kingdom is like Disneyland in California and has even more rides! In Hollywood Studios there are attractions about movies and a few thrilling rides. Lastly, there is the Animal Kingdom, you can go on the Kilimanjaro Safari and see actual animals like crocodiles, rhinos, giraffes, and many more! Visit Walt Disney World where dreams come true!

Saint Augustine was the first city in America. It was founded by the Spanish in 1565! It is the oldest city in America! The lengedary Fountain of Youth is located there. This spring was made by Ponce de Leon and is now in what is called the Fountain of Youth Archeological Park. Saint Augustine is about 9.43 miles and has many things to explore like its lighthouse with black stripes.

The Everglades National Park would be a great place to visit in Florida. It covers about 1,506,540 acres! The Everglades National Park was established in 1947 and you can find a red fox, bobcat, crocodile, and even an alligator! You could go kayaking or canoeing over the water and might even get a chance to spot an alligator! This national park is a wetland that covers a wide area with many endangered species to find!
