IRG summer Strength and Conditioning training will Start Wednesday, June 28th and runs through August 18th
All students (including incoming freshmen) are welcome to attend IRG’s free summer Strength & Conditioning training.
All students must turn in a completed IRG Athlete Registration & Release Form and an Assumption of Risk/Permission to Participate form in order to participate.
• Session 1: all students and Olympic sport athletes 10:30-12:00 M-W-F
• Session 2: Football, Boys Basketball, Baseball and Lacrosse 11:45am-1:15pm M-W-F
• Tuesday – Thursday 10:30am-12:00pm: All students meet on the Turf Field for Strength & Conditioning
