Catapult By:Spencer H, Brooke P, Penita M

Ever since the earliest century people have been using catapults to attack people, fight people, and annoy siblings. The first catapult was invented around 400 BC in a Greek town named Syracus. There are millions of designs for catapults. Our design is a rectangular base with two poles doing up with a bar across the top and a pole going out of the one that runs through the base. That one is used at the catapult arm. We are using a connector and a bungee cord to launch the catapult. It can launch a ball from 21-24 ft. The farthest it went was 56 feet with full power. It can go from 25-30 ft high. We also tested which one would go higher a tennis ball or a golf ball. a golf ball won.
