Food Truck Friday!! September 28th 5:30-8pm

Please join us for food and fun on September 28. It's a great opportunity to meet our West Clay Elementary community. There will be games outside for the kids. Greek's Pizza, Market District, the Twisted Sicilian, the Flying Cupcake, and Kona Ice snow cones will be available for purchase. It's picnic style seating, so remember to bring a blanket or folding chairs. To RSVP for this event you can click on the button below or go through MySchoolAnywhere. To RSVP through MySchoolAnywhere just choose "SignUp" from the menu, click "SignUps Available" and click on "PTO Social" to RSVP. This works both online and on the app. Hope to see you there!

Carmel Homecoming Week Spirit Days Next Week

MATH PENTATHLON COACHES ARE NEEDED

It is time to begin planning for math pentathlon this year. We will need coaches for Division 2 (2nd and 3rd grade) and Division 3 (4th and 5th grade) as well as an administrator for the program. Without these positions filled we will not be able to run this program so please consider volunteering if your child is interested in participating in math pentathlon. There is a free training session for coaches on September 27 (information and sign up on the math pentathlon web site). https://www.mathpentath.org/indiana/. GIRL SCOUTS AT WEST CLAY & COLLEGE WOOD

It’s not too late to register for Girl Scouts! The skills girls through Girl Scouting prepare them for a lifetime of leadership. As a scout, girls can have fun, earn badges, camp, make friends, do STEM activities, serve their community, and more. The adventure starts today. EYE EXAM VOLUNTEERS NEEDED ON OCTOBER 9th

Ms. Shelli Stone, the School Nurse, needs 6 volunteers to help out on Eye Exam Day. The Lion's Club coordinates exams for 1st, 3rd, and 5th graders on October 9th. Carmel Education Foundations 10th Annual Ghost & Goblins Run

The Carmel Education Foundation invites you to the 10th Annual Ghost and Goblins 2K and 5K Walk/Run!

This awesome family fun event will take place on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.

Proceeds from the event will help support the CCS teacher grant program. To date, more than $360,000 has been raised to support our outstanding educators of CCS!
