In amendment four it states that the police cannot search your house or take you unless they have a warrant from the court
If they have a warrant they are allowed to search your home and arrest you

Real life example

A real life example would be if a police came to your home and asked you if they can enter you can let them or you don't want to and then the next day they come with a warrant you have to let them in and they are able to arrest you or search your home.
