Electromagnetic Spectrum By: Trenton Shaffer

Radio waves have the longest wavelength and the shortest frequency. Broadcast waves are a form of radio waves, they the longest frequency. Another form of radio waves are microwaves.

Infrared rays are electromagnetic that mostly used to heat things. Infrared rays are used in heat lamps and infrared cameras to detect body heat.

Ultraviolet rays are waves that are just outside of the visible spectrum. It is powerful enough to kill small organisms and is often used to kill bacteria.

Visible light this is the spectrum of waves that we can actually see. This is actually a very small portion of all the waves. The light appears white but when refracted it reveals all the colors.
