Imagination Poem and digital imaging by Vera Mulder

From shadows to trees,

and primaries

layering in,

Imagination bursts...

To towers

that point

toward skies,

hosting flights.

Imagination soars...

High stepping

to his own life chords

on those keys,

Imagination swells...

A child's mind

goes adventuring

with paint, brush

'mid visions, dreams,

Imagination cascades...

Questions always,

pluck the strings

in a man's heart

as he wanders,

Imagination pings...

Summer dreams

float, warming,

cloaked in hues,

beckoning you,

Imagination calls.

Sometimes and again

Life seems jumbled.

Ideas float

through distraction.

Imagination unscrambles.
