Trip to jerusaleum 4 holy sites

On day one we went to he beautiful church of the holy sepulchre located in Jerusalem. Here is where Jesus tomb is at. It has also been a long major pilamage center for a lot of Christians all around the world. One qoute from here is Matthew 27: 33, 60:"which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed".( They are basically talking about the door sepulchre which is at this chruch.

The things we saw and you can see as travelers are many different types of nice art. One thing you can see is crusader graffiti which are crossings representing Jesus. Another thing is the "Christ pantocrator" which is a really gorgeous art on the wall as you can see in the picture. The religons meaning of this church is not only because people gather to pilgrimage but beacause Jesus tomb is here. It was such a great experience to see the real tomb and that's why its religious.

On day two we went to Mount Zion right in Jerusalem too. Mount Zion is basically on like a hill. Also it's called Zion over someone imporant in the Past. One very imporant quote from the mount is "Sometimes on your travel through hell, you meet people that think they are in heaven because of their cleverness and ability to get away with thing." This qoute is by Zion and it speaks out a lot and the real meaning of what's real and what's not.

To start here at the Mount of Zion one really cool thing you and I as travelers can see is the amazing mountain. In my opinion is really nice and you can even hike on it. Anyways there is also something imporant inside of the mount of Zion. That is David's tomb it's really signitficance to religion. There isn't as much art to see there but seeing the tomb for me was enough to love the place.

On the 3rd day it was my favorite because we want to a very special place. The virgin Mary's incredible tomb. One qoute relating to the Virgin Mary is "Men do not fear a powerful hostile army as the powers of hell fear the name and protection of Mary." By St. Bonaventure. This qoute is good when speaking about how powerful and greatful the Virgin Mary is.

To begin the virgin Mary's tomb is really pretty so as travelers you can see a lot of great things. For example you see a lot of chandeliers a lot of light because Mary showed the light to many people. You can also see a lot of crosses and Mary's picture representing religion and her. One way Mary's tomb stands for religon is the fact that Jesus mothers tomb is there as you can tell by the name.

The very last place we went to was the "Calvary" or known as the "Golgtha" too. One fun fact about here is that the rocks or in a shape of a face as you can see here. This place is also located in Jerusalem and it's as good as all the others and very special.

Well if I say so myself the Calvary is a very nice place and it has a lot to show. First it has a lot of nice details very thing is nice gold and red. You can see a really big cross of Jesus as you walk in on the callings there is lights and art on the callings as well. The reason the Calvary is most known for is because it's where Jesus was crucified. As Christians that's the religons meaning of this place and why they respect it so much.

These are the four holy sites map each one has a diffrent Map showing what each one has inside of them.
