Another great week at Smith! Lots of information and activities (below). Be sure to check it out! Don't forget to "spring forward" this weekend by setting your clocks ahead one hour Saturday evening before you go to bed!

Congratulations to the Smith Science Olympics teams for their fantastic efforts this past weekend at Regionals which qualifies them for the State meet in April!

Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences are coming up on Thursday, March 15 (5:00-8:00 p.m. only). These conferences will be by invitation in order to maximize the time. Information will be sent on Monday to sign up for those who did not receive an invitation but are interested in attending. Lost & Found items will also be on display.

Information and activities taking place at school next week are listed below. Have a great weekend!

Green Team H2O Awareness

Are you doing everything you can to help cut down on plastic pollution? Beginning next week, we are encouraging our Smith community to help protect the planet and our own health and by purchasing reusable water bottles as part of our Green Team Water Awareness fundraiser leading up to World Water Day on March 22. Bottles are BPA-free, change color with cold liquids, and have an awesome Smith Knights logo! They will be sold in lunches this week and be available at Parent-Teacher conferences as well. Don't miss out!

Electronics Recycling at Smith

Do you have old electronic equipment clustering your home? Smith's Green Team is sponsoring an electronic recycling drive during parent-teacher conferences on March 15! There will be drop-off boxes in the lobby during that time. Bring in your old, unused electronics and be assured that our vendor, Green Tech Recyclers, are fully compliant with all data security and environmentally responsible disposal methods. Please see the flyer below for accepted items. No old-style TVs are accepted!
