Billy Samson, a Clemson Grad, is a genius with numbers and organization. Billy was a lender for years which gave him great experience in real estate and finance. We were lucky enough to have him leave the lending industry for The Casey Samson team and our sellers and buyers have been the beneficiaries ever since. Billy also serves as one of Northern Virginia's top football coaches at the youth and high school level.
Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Billy Samson grew up around real estate. Pat, Casey and Danny; father, uncle and uncle, were all in the industry throughout his upbringing. As Danny was starting Samson Properties in the early 2000’s Billy learned a lot through osmosis and always had a passion for the industry. After graduating from Clemson University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, he worked in banking for two years. Then moved to IT government contracting for two years as a consultant.
Casey brought him to the real estate industry in late 2016 when he expanded his team. Billy is a life-long northern Virginian. He played VYI football for uncle Casey from 2001-2003, winning two county championships and the American Metro Bowl at 110 lbs in 2003. Billy attended Westfield and played football and baseball. As a senior at Westfield, he played on the 15-0 2007 6A state football championship team as a tight end and quarterback. For the past six seasons he has coached football in Vienna with Casey on the 130lb American Steelers. They have enjoyed much success and love helping youth learn and play the game of football.
Billy applies his skills learned on the football field to his everyday life and business. He is patient with clients, able to perform in high pressure situations, and always considers the rest of his team. Casey admits Billy is a financial and analytical genius which is a huge benefit when pricing and marketing homes. He brings a lot to the table on The Casey Samson Team.
